WHY WOULD WE GIVE A FSBO A

  Because Network Real Estate, Inc. started helping For Sale By Owners about 10 years ago when we discovered that time after time, a person looking at one of our listings couldn't make an offer yet...because they had to sell their house first, and didn't have an agent to help them.  So we created what we called the "Facilitator Service" where we would assist the FSBO as a Consultant, to obtain their business as a Buyer's Agent on the home they purchase.  Sounded too simple.  As the years went by, we also found out that many sellers are plenty capable in selling their own home with just a little assistance, so we stepped up to the plate and started charging a small Flat Fee to help.  And IF a need arose to sell their home quicker, then Network Real Estate was there to offer a Unique discounted Listing Service.

  It simply saves the Seller a pile of money selling their home and and we develop an everlasting friendship in helping them.

  So this segment of our website is designed to help those homeowners who want to Sell By Owner and get the highest price possible without paying a large real estate commission.
