  This program is specifically designed for builders of new residential construction that want the full exposure of the Realtors MLS and full cooperation of Realtors for LESS.  Lets be honest... as a builder, you know your home will sell itself and thats why most Realtors offer a discounted total commission of 4% with a 2.0% Buyer Agent co-op on only the improvements. 

  If you're tired, for example, of paying a Full Service real estate commission of $8,000 on a $250,000 home for representation that only gets you a sign, an MLS entry with 1 picture or poor pictures, No MLS map location, etc. then you need to know how we provide MORE SERVICE for LESS MONEY.

  

The Way It Works:

--You sign a regular Realtors MLS Listing Agreement

--We enter you in the Realtors MLS System with the same 2.0% Co-op

--We place a sign in the yard

Now heres what we do in addition to many competitors:

--We take 30 to 40 high quality pictures and enter the maximum 12 best in the MLS System.  If you are under construction, we take pictures of the site, the current progress, the floor plan and aerial location map.  We also RE-TAKE pictures as construction progresses and update the photo files.

--We enter you into our professional website www.NetworkRealEstateAR.com as a Featured Home with 24 to 36 quality pictures.  Our website receives over 3,000 views per month.

--We put a special website Sign Rider on our signs to invite drive by traffic to visit our site to see your home.

--We enter FULL MLS information in the listing.  In other words, we dont leave out key features and we use the maximum space allowed for a full description.

--We make an EXCLUSIVE VIDEO TOUR walk through when your home is ready and upload this video to the Internet, our Website and as a Virtual Tour in the MLS System.  No one weve seen in our market produces a real Video Tour.

--We search the MLS system and extract all agents that have listed or sold a home similar to yours and produce a unique High Quality Realtor to Realtor eFlyer.  Our eFlyers are produced in HTML coding and do not have to be downloaded and instantly open when an agent opens the email.  It contains pictures and complete information on your home.

--Our Listing Contracts are written for 6 months, HOWEVER, we provide a 24-hour cancellation with ZERO penalty or fee so youre not tied down or restricted, PLUS we fully represent you, as the builder, for ZERO commission.  In other words, you as the builder obtain the buyer, we fully represent you and you save the full 2.6% commission as part of the initial Flat Fee you paid.
